1. Information we collect
IKOS may collect the name, business name, email address, phone number, selected service, budget range, language, and message that a visitor chooses to submit.
2. How we use information
Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, understand project needs, prepare proposals, and communicate about a requested service. IKOS does not sell personal information.
3. Analytics
Google Analytics is not active until a valid Measurement ID is added. If enabled, the site may collect aggregated usage information according to the configured consent and retention settings.
4. Service providers
The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to the IKOS support address. These providers process limited information required to operate the website and email service.
5. Retention and rights
Inquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a project opportunity, and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting IKOS.
